Period Sash Windows Provide a full-service. Window overhaul repair restoration and draught proofing.

 

Sash Windows 

1. Installation of new staff and parting beads that come with a built-in weatherpile & the meeting rails will have a draught proof gasket brush Fitted which will efficiently draughtproof the whole window.

2. We ensure that the windows line up and open and close properly.

3. Replace the existing sash Ironmongery with new. (Finish to be discussed, i.e., brass, satin chrome and chrome).

4. Windows will be re-hung and rebalanced with new nylon sash cord.

5. Repairs will be carried out.

6. Work to be carried out by a FENSA Licensed Installer.

 

Casement Windows

1. Casement frames to have draft proofing gaskets fitted to the rebates which will efficiently provide draught proofing to the whole window.

2. We will ensure that the windows line up and open and close properly.

3. Repairs will be carried out.

4. Work to be carried out by a FENSA Licensed Installer.

 

Underlining complications: Minor repairs discovered during the installation will be restored by period sash windows complementary. Any major repair work depending on the severity may alter costings.
